I forgot my token id, what do I do? |
Answer: |
Click on the Forgot Token ID? link. Provide the same email address used during your registration and your Token ID will be immediately emailed to you. It's that simple. |

Click on the Forgot Password? link. Provide your Token ID and click the "Submit" button. Answer your "Secret Question", which you selected from a list during registration, enter your new password, confirm your new password and click the "Submit" button. You can immediately login using your new password. |

Click on the Forgot Security Questions? link. You will be prompted to enter the email address that is asociated with your Token account. Upon successful submission, you will receive an email containing an authorization code and instructions on how to reset your security questions and password. |

Login in with your Token ID and password and navigate to the "My Account" tab. Select "Print Registration Form". |

How do I log into DOT UPACS using my CSP Token? |
Answer: |
Please follow the steps below to access your DOT UPACS account:- Navigate to https://fhwaapps.fhwa.dot.gov/
- Click on the "e-auth" icon in the third box to the extreme right of the screen entitled "Log in to UPACS using ORC credentials". DO NOT enter credentials in the first box towards the extreme left of the screen.
- Enter you ORC CSP Token info on the "Login to Access FHWA Information Systems - UPACS page.
- You should now be presented the UPACS menu.

We upgraded our identity services to comply with the SAML 2.0 standards on April 18th 2015. We transferred many accounts to a new system for accessing FHWA systems vis UPACS. You must activate your account in the new system. You received an activation email on 4/18/15 to complete this process. Please contact csphelp@orc.com if you cannot locate this email message. |
